1) CHOOSE A PRODUCT
- Discover our catalog of portraits, choose the product of your dreams, select the product options.


Left of the screen, you will find differents styles of personalized portrait. After discovering our catalog, click on the product of your dream. Top of the product page you will find the description and the possibility to ask a question on the tab "question ?". Bottom of the page, you will find the standard price and many options on the drop-down menu. Info : the express option mean that we are engaged to create your portrait in 48h.

2) ORDER PROCESS
- Order, receive a confirmation, send your photos.

Bottom of the product page, click on "add to cart" then click on "checkout". If you already have an account, you just need to log in, otherwise you can create a temporary one. Fill the adress of shipping, shipping options, then payement options. You can indicate complementary information on the box "comments". Once your order is finish, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. You can send your photos before or after the order, it makes no difference.

To send your photos :

for a non-mosaic portrait : send an e-mail at : contact@your-portrait.co.uk. If the quality isn't good enough to create a nice personalized portrait, we will ask you for another one. Send a none resized photo with the highest resolution.
for a mosaic portrait : click on the adress http://82.237.124.125:8080/1258487996026, you will be redirected on our server to send big files. Warning : for the main photo, we will ask you to send it by e-mail to contact@your-portrait.co.uk.


3) CREATION / PREVIEW
- Creation by our graphic artists, preview sent by email


Our graphic artists, illustrators, cartoonists, create carefully your personalized print from your photo. The process is not automated, the creation is manual. The artist will send you a preview by e-mail. With the preview, you don't take any risk because you will agree only when you're fully satisfied by the preview.


4) PRODUCTION / SHIPPING
- The production, the wrapping and the shipping at Your-portrait


We print on photo paper or canvas the print with our plotters dedicated to graphic art. The canvas is manually streched on wooden frame. We use wooden angles to adjust precisely the strech and a rope is fixed behind. The wrapping is made of robust cardboard to avoid damages. The photo papers are rolled in a transparent plastic tube, it's a luxury box for your personalized portrait.


5) PARCEL RECEPTION
- Delivery by our shipping partners companies, reception of your parcel


If you are living in UK or Ireland, you will receive delivery within an average of 7-10 days. Roughly 5 days for creating your portrait or producing your prints and 2-5 days for delivery. If the package is damaged, don't forget to refuse it. Once your portrait is unwrap, you will just have to put it on your wall, it will definitely be successful.
