On votreportrait, it’s simple! When you place an order, you will receive delivery within an average of 7-10 days. Roughly 5 days for creating your portrait or producing your prints and 2-5 days for delivery. We offer two delivery solutions:

1) The standard delivery solution is international colissimo service by the french post office, with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 days.

About damaged parcels (this is rare): We always check our parcels to ensure that they leave our workshop in perfect condition and that they are sturdy enough. However, do inspect it carefully as soon as you receive it in order to be certain that it has not been damaged during transport. If this is the case, inform the delivery person and refuse the parcel. In this way, we will be able to deal with the problem as quickly as possible. If you do not express your concerns, you will be asked to participate in our reprinting and redelivery costs.
